Third game in our own engine.


You play as Jam-Bro the frog on his journey to collect fireflies for the shady lighthouse café owner.

My contribution

For this game I took on the role of gameplay programmer. My head responsibility was the player.


The player is controlled by a statemachine structure where each different way of moving is its own state. I would say that it has worked quite well. Keeps the classes and functions small and easy to understand. It is however quite a pain to link the different states with their different transitions and making sure that the animations transition well.


I have however had to do some engine things because of my deep knowledge of our engine. The latest most impressive thing i did was make our squash and stretch work with blending.
